"Arabella Real Estate Fund"

Adam is a great fund manager. I am 1.5 years into my investment. My NAV/share price has gone up twice. They keep expanding and with the newer additions coming online to include storage facilities and other completions to current projects that generate monthly revenue...they are so strong. You will work with Mr. Doyle and Tanya. They are a great back-office intermediary. I have other investments out and I am close to reaching the next step up in asset class and hopefully I am able to do that once I hit exits on other investments in the future.

"Very Pleased Thus Far"

I'm very pleased with my investment in the Arabella Capital Fund thus far. Quarterly distributions have been consistent, but I've also really enjoyed their communications emails. Since it's a fund, they have assets being acquired and sold throughout the year. Seeing photos of the different projects at their various stages is really cool knowing that your investment dollars are tied to all of it. It's nice to see the diversification from land development, to short term rentals, to self storage. The photos they include are great visuals to coincide with the updates they are discussing within the emails. I'm considering investing more capital in their fund.

"Real Estate GP fund investor. They are small but, I like that they seemed to be able pivot whenever neccessary."

This company does real estate development projects. This investment was in a GP fund in 2023. I have no real complaints so far but, this is still very early stage. They were very responsive during through out the due diligence process. Now that I am engaged, I do believe communication could be a bit better but, they are a small company so I would rather they focus their efforts on the investments themselves anyway. I feel good about the investment but, I recognize they are a bit more risky then more established competitors. However, the additional returns combined with a track record of experience and pivoting if necessary, made it worth consideration.
